For the last fifteen years The Lee Initiatives Health & Wellness Endowment, has provided grants to area organizations who develop programs that improve the health of individuals living in the region served by the former Lee Hospital.
Type of Projects
- All applications must be related to Health and Wellness.
- The project must benefit the people and communities in Cambria, Bedford, Blair or Somerset counties.

- No out of state applications accepted
