Georgia Council for the Arts announces 2023 Arts Education Program

Dated: January 18, 2022

Georgia Council for the Arts is seeking applications for its FY23 Arts Education Program Grant to provide support for arts education programs produced by organizations, schools, or agencies located in Georgia.

Donor Name: Georgia Council for the Arts

State: Georgia

County: All Counties

Type of Grant:

Deadline (mm/dd/yyyy): 03/04/2022

Size of the Grant: $1,500-$5,000

Grant Duration: 1 year

Details:

Arts Education Program Grants support arts programs delivered to K-12 students in a variety of disciplines, including visual art, music, theatre, dance, media arts, and creative writing.

Programs may be one-time events, such as an arts assembly or visiting artist program, or a series of events, such as a teaching artist residency, afterschool program, or summer arts program. Programs with multiple components must demonstrate that there is a cohesive thread and singular goal that ties the elements together. The program must serve K-12 students; however, programming does not have to take place at a school or during school hours.

As a response to the impact of COVID-19, FY23 Arts Education Program Grant applications may request support for virtual programs, which may be live streamed or recorded.
