Criteria
All JKS Legacy Foundation applications will be reviewed and screened to ensure that applications are appropriate within the foundation’s charter and are approved and in good standing with IRS 501(c)(3) requirements. Applicant organizations must have a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax-exempt status to be eligible to apply. Proof of 501(c)(3) status is required. Additional required financial documentation will be needed.
