Eligibility Criteria
- Must be located within the City of Las Vegas.
- Must have been approved for a new City of Las Vegas business license with an issued date of September 1st, 2022, or later OR have a pending City of Las Vegas business license application
- Based in the City of Las Vegas, servicing the City of Las Vegas
- The business must have 10 employees or less and the gross revenue of the business must be less than $250,000 annually
- Business owners must not have engaged or currently be engaged in any illegal activity per local, State, or Federal laws or regulations. In all instances, Federal laws and regulations take precedence over local or State laws or regulations.
- Business owners understand they may be subject to suitability checks.
Approval Policies
- Applications will be reviewed and considered in the order that they are received.
- Applications including all supporting documentation must be complete to be considered.
- Approval of any program monies is at the sole discretion of the City of Las Vegas.
- Any action taken by the City of Las Vegas is final. There is no appeal process for applications not approved.
- Program services will be awarded based on the availability of program funds, program guidelines, and eligibility, and the submission of all required information and supporting documentation.
