Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Michigan-based nonprofit community organizations. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan employees and their immediate family members are ineligible. Employees of any BCBSM affiliate and their immediate family members also are ineligible.
- Already-completed proposals are not eligible for funding.
- Award funds are restricted to proposal development costs, such as technical assistance, freelance proposal writers and related proposal development costs.
