Eligibility Criteria
The following activities are eligible under the Community Services Grant Program:
- Personnel costs (staff salaries, wages).
- Program materials & supplies.
- Travel costs directly associated with operation of the program.
- Rent/utility payments (not to exceed three months of assistance).
- Instruction costs.
- Facility rental directly associated with operation of the program.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant organizations must not be debarred and suspended from working on government contracts according to the System for Award Management
- Applicant must have certificate of Good Standing with State of Illinois
- Applicant organization must not be delinquent on federal or state taxes or owe funds to the City of Urbana.
