Eligibility is limited to commercial property owners, business tenants with property owner consent, and properties located within commercially zoned areas in East Point, GA. Religious organizations, nonprofits (non-tax paying entities) or industrial applicants are not eligible to apply. Only one application per owner, commercial property or business is allowed for submission.
