Flint ReCAST (Resiliency in Communities After Stress and Trauma) is dedicated to supporting youth-serving programs that promote resilience, equity, and trauma-informed practices within the community. If you have a program that empowers Flint youth and families, this is your chance to secure funding!
Goals
Eligible Programs Must Align With One of These Goals:
- Goal 1: Youth Engagement & Positive Development (e.g., mental health promotion, career development, peer support)
- Goal 2: Trauma-Informed & Behavioral Health Services (e.g., resiliency training, mental health literacy, self-care awareness).
Funding Information
$5,000 – $25,000.
Grant Period
April 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofits (501(c)(3))
- Government agencies & academic institutions
- Community-based organizations with a fiscal sponsor.
What’s NOT Funded?
- Religious activities, lobbying, capital projects
- Food, snacks, refreshments
- Loans, debt reduction.
