Eligibility Criteria
- Funding requests must be made by a 501(c)3, governmental agency, educational institution or an organization that is under a financial sponsorship of a 501(c)3.
- Funding requests must be received in writing through the Springfield Unity Fund application.
- Organizations may request funding for projects up to $7,500. Fund requests must include financial rationale for the amount requested. Additional funds may be requested in Phase 2 as funds become available.
- Requests for funding will be presented to the United Way of Clark, Champaign & Madison Counties Impact Committee and approved by the UWCCMC Executive Committee.
- Organizations receiving funding must give recognition to United Way of Clark, Champaign & Madison Counties and when applicable utilize the logo.
- Organizations will be required to provide reporting to United Way of Clark, Champaign & Madison Counties as to how the funding was utilized.
