As part of their mission to provide continued education to founders, all grant recipients also receive a scholarship to one of their acclaimed accelerator programs. Grant money can be used as growth capital to hire or rehire premium wage jobs. Cash infusion can be used to purchase, fix or enhance equipment necessary to help manage growth challenges and scale for the future.

How it Works
- Complete full application which includes information about your business, organization chart, Profit and Loss (P & L) statement and a short pitch video
- All 25 grant finalists are announced during a live press event after confirming participation in a required accelerator program
- All completed applications will be reviewed and 90 grant semi-finalists will be selected for their final judging round
Eligibility Criteria
- Founder identify as one of the following: Latinx, Black, Asian, Women, LGBTQIA+, Military Veteran, or located in a Low to Moderate Income area
- Must be a for-profit company with annual revenues between $100K and $5 million
- Current staff of 2+ employees
- Will have the ability to add 1-2+ net new premium wage jobs in the next 12 months
- Must be located in the state of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
