This grant opportunity will provide matching funds to assist owners of landmarked properties within the City of Issaquah municipal limits with the rehabilitation of their historic buildings.
Funding Information
Each applicant is permitted to request up to $56,445 in grant funds; funding will be provided on a reimbursement basis only. Applicants are required to match at least 50% of the grant amount they request with cash and/or donated labor or materials.
Eligibility Criteria
A property must either already be designated as a landmark or be determined eligible for landmark designation to apply for funding. If eligible, the property must receive designation as a City of Issaquah Landmark before grant funding is disbursed at the conclusion of the project.
