Funding Information
Approximately $1.4 million is available from July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025, and priority will be given to agencies requesting $250K or more.
Eligible projects must address funding priorities established by the Citizens’ Advisory Board, including infrastructure improvements or shelter and housing needs.
Eligibility Criteria
Any IRS designated non-profit, public, or government agency (or for-profit organization for certain economic development activities) serving residents of unincorporated Pierce County; or any of the Pierce County Consortium cities and towns may apply to use these funds for eligible activities.
Evaluation and Criteria
County staff will review applications to ensure the minimum Project Eligibility requirements are met. This review will include a threshold review to ensure applications meet the minimum criteria listed below:
- The application is complete and responsive to the Description of Solicited Services;
- All required attachments are submitted;
- The applicant is an eligible entity; and
- The project proposes serving an eligible population in an eligible project type.
