Funding for this grant program is being provided by the Community Legacy program of the MD Dept. of Housing & Community Development (DHCD).
A mandatory Pre-Application Meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. All business owners interested in submitting an application for 2021 Community Legacy grant funds must attend this meeting.
The meeting will cover the application process, the requirements of the funding program, and the timeline for obtaining the required project approval from the Salisbury Historic District Commission (SHDC).
Funding Information
Total 2021 funding awarded to the City by DHCD for the commercial rehabilitation grant program is $50,000.
The maximum amount any single individual / business entity may request in this competitive funding round is $20,000.
