Eligibility Criteria
A non-profit organization must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- The business must be structured as a 501(c)(3) organization in good standing. Faith-based organizations with a 501(c)(3) affiliate are eligible to apply.
- The organization must have been in continuous operation since at least January 1, 2020, exempting any COVID shutdown period.
- The organization must have a physical location within the city limits of Ponca City and serve local residents.
- The organization must be able to demonstrate financial impacts directly resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
- The organization must have a local Board of Directors and priority will be given to organizations with at least one full-time equivalent staff member.
- Multiple applications cannot simultaneously compete for funding for the same property parcel or address.
- The organization must be a non-United-Way non-profit.
