The City of Lorain’s Public Service Programs are supported through the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Their public information meetings for public service programs are held once a year in anticipation of the release of additional funding. They present to members of the community and community leaders to expand programming in the City to assist residents in need.
