To support medical programs conducted within the state of Wyoming by any tax-exempt private, or public, hospital, medical research organization or like private or public institution or organization. These institutions must focus on the prevention and treatment of diseases commonly or typically causing physical or mental disabilities, congenital or otherwise, in infants or children. The trust also works to assist any tax-exempt private or public hospital, asylum, training school, or like institution in the State of Wyoming that works to care for mentally or physically handicapped children.
