Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible to enter a business in the Program, you (“Officer”) must be all the following as of the first day of the Program Period:
- an entrepreneur who is the leading executive (i.e. Founder) of a small business that meets the below business criteria;
- a legal resident of one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. Territory;
- eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 in AL and NE).
- To be eligible to participate in the Program, the business (“Entrant”) must meet all of the following criteria as of the first day of the Program Period:
- Be a for-profit business located and registered in the one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. Territory;
- Have been in operation since at least January 1, 2024;
- Have generated a minimum of $20,000 in revenue in the 2024 calendar year;
- Employ no more than 20 people (including the owner);
- Not be a previous recipient of a Fund Her Future by Block Advisors by H&R Block Grant;
- Be willing to participate in virtual business support session(s) with Block Advisors, including tax prep, bookkeeping, business structure analysis, and payroll (if applicable).
- The potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility by Sponsor, which may include completing associated documentation.
