An honorarium of $3000 per year.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must demonstrate a significant and meaningful tie to the Jersey City community for a minimum of 3 years. Applicant must be a current resident of Jersey City. Applicant must be at least 18 years old. Applicant must demonstrate a commitment to poetry through performance and/or publication.
