- Have a current registration with the Office of the Secretary of State per the Maryland Solicitations Act, Business Regulation §§ 6-401-6-417, Annotated Code of Maryland.
- 3rd-party financial report from within the last two years.
- Have support letters from all agencies’ board of directors.
- Be seeking funding for Health, Education, or Financial Stability projects or programs.
