The O’Dell Women’s Center Foundation is committed to funding programs and services that directly impact women’s lives, advancing its mission to provide opportunities for low-income women in Springfield by creating a supportive community that offers access to higher education, career opportunities, and pathways to financial stability.
This work is dedicated to Connie O’Dell to serve the community with the same respect and compassion she showed the women she cared for as a maternity nurse for 40 years.

Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofits that provide direct services to low-income women in Springfield, MA. Must be a 501c3 or sponsored by a fiscal agent that is a 501c3. Private foundations are not eligible to apply.
- The O’Dell Women’s Center will not fund organizations that exclude transgender women or nonbinary individuals from their services.
