Eligibility Criteria
- All nonprofit, tax-exempt community organizations with at least two (2) years of operation that wish to participate in the development and implementation of CDBG/NOF projects as advisors and/or as operating agencies may submit Applications.
- All agencies applying for the above funding priorities will be required to actively use an acceptable and accountable financial management system that minimizes any opportunity for fraud, waste, or mismanagement. The program tracking and reporting system must be approved by the City before the applicant contracts with the City of Detroit.
