Act 310 (SB 933) allocates $50 million to the OCS within the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations for fiscal year 2025–2026.
The evaluation committee established by Act 310 has opened applications for the Act 310 Nonprofit Grants Program, made possible through emergency funding approved by the Hawaiʻi State Legislature.
