The purpose of this funding is to expand access to early learning services through Early Head Start (EHS) –Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP), or through the expansion of Early Head Start services. The services must be high quality and comprehensive. Beneficiaries of these services are newly enrolled, American Indian/Alaska Native (AIAN) pregnant women, and children from birth to compulsory school age.
