Funding Priorities
The purpose of the fund is to assist nonprofits that are tackling mental wellness education and suicide prevention measures in Pennsylvania with special consideration to those whose goals ultimately assist k-12 students.
- Projects should focus on the ultimate goal of mental wellness and suicide prevention, focusing primarily on education and early intervention.
- The intended audience should be students k-12 or college-aged.
- Special consideration will be given to projects that include students as leaders, taking an active role in the mental wellness of their communities.
- They will also consider projects that work to eliminate barriers to mental wellness education, such as programs targeting parents of school-aged children.
Funding Information
Maximum grant award is $10,000.
Project Period
Proposed projects may take place at any time during the grant year beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
- This opportunity is available to nonprofit organizations serving the counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Perry, and the Dillsburg Area of Northern York County and/or nonprofit organizations located in Pennsylvania.
- Applicants must either be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, or have a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization act as a fiscal sponsor for the proposed project.
