Eligibility Criteria
- Neighborhood must be registered with the City through the Neighborhood Registration Program.
- Anyone can register their neighborhood at: www.olatheks.org/HealthyNeighborhoods
- Project must benefit the entire neighborhood
- The improvements must be accomplishable within a one-year time frame
Ineligible Projects
- Expenses that occurred before the grant award was made
- Purchase of land or buildings
- Alcoholic beverages
- Ongoing general organizational support such as rent or utilities
- Improvements or supplies that primarily benefit a particular household
- Food and drinks (may be funded up to 75% of the award amount)
