Grant Period
Awarded applicants must seek reimbursement for spent, approved funds between July 1, 2026 and June 15, 2027.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must provide direct services which improve the health and welfare of Surprise residents.
- Applicants that received previous funding must be current in their reporting and have submitted timely and accurate reports.
- Applicants must demonstrate the ability to generate revenue from other sources.
