Eligibility Requirements:
A nonprofit organization with evidence that it
- Be recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization or be fiscally sponsored by a 501(c)(3) organization
- Has an Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Have 3 years of financial and program data available
- Have an annual operating budget of $3,000,000 or less
- Serve residents of South Lake County (organization does not need to be in South Lake County).

- Fundraising expenses, sponsorships, or thrift stores
- Infrastructure improvements (including but not limited to land/building that is not owned by the applicant)
