The goals and objectives of the Commercial Motor Vehicle Operator Safety Training Program is to train future operators in the safe use of commercial motor vehicles. This NOFO prioritizes training current and former members of the armed forces, including their families, to obtain a commercial driver’s license.
Funding Information
FMCSA will limit Federal funding to a total amount of $200,000 per award.

- Independent school districts
- Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
