- Your company DOES NOT need to be a registered business entity (LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp, etc.). They recognize that this fund may be necessary for you to set up these legal entities
- Innovation:
- Businesses that are solving meaningful problems, introducing new approaches, or improving existing solutions will be given preference.
