The goal of this RFP is to support affordable housing development that enhances the lives of Chester County residents.
The HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) is a flexible block grant that provides critical resources to help communities respond to its affordable housing challenges, including both rental and homeownership needs, by targeting resources to moderate and low-income families.
National Objectives
LMH (low-moderate income household benefit); generally used for affordable housing development, housing rehabilitation, and first-time homebuyer activities.
