Best Starts for Kids welcome creative ideas that center young people and address the negative impacts of COVID-19. Projects should empower young people as leaders. Funding is flexible and can be used for staffing, youth stipends, technology, materials and events.

It have budgeted $9,999 per proposal, for this project. Proposals that request more than $9,999 will be considered incomplete and will not be evaluated. Applicants can propose less than $9,999.
The total funding for the Youth Healing project is $150,000 so they expect to fund about 15 projects led by young people.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:
Be a young people aged 14-24
Young people are encouraged to identify fiscal sponsors to help them with managing funds for project, for youth under age 18 they are required to have a fiscal sponsor.
Have a project idea that is aligned with the outcomes listed in the RFP description.
