The Women’s Opportunity Fund – Linda Culp Memorial Scholarship is designed to support working women who want to advance their careers by completing their education or pursuing additional schooling. This scholarship is offered through the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation and serves selected counties in Ohio and West Virginia.
Applicants must be working women, not recent high school graduates. Eligible residents live in specific counties including Wood, Wirt, Ritchie, Calhoun, Gilmer, Roane, Pleasants, Jackson, Mason, Doddridge, or Tyler counties in West Virginia, or Meigs, Athens, or Washington counties in Ohio.
The deadline to apply is August 8, 2025. The scholarship amount and duration are not specified.
