- Assistance and care for orphaned children who are unlikely to be adopted because of age, handicap, or for other reasons
Eligibility Criteria
The William and Helen Thomas Charitable Trust honors the long-time philanthropists William and Helen Thomas, from Stuart, Florida by supporting nonprofit organizations providing services and other charitable purposes. Grants are primarily made in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties in FL; however, requests are also entertained from the Appalachian region of the U.S., and other locations in Florida and the U.S. as determined by the trustees.
