Eligibility Criteria
- Be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and classified as a public charity under IRC Section 509(a)(1), 509(a)(2), or 509(a)(3). (For organizations classified as Type III supporting organizations under Section 509(a)(3), only functionally integrated organizations may qualify.)
- Not fall under the “non-qualifying” or “ineligible” categories below.
- Be U.S.-based.
- Comply fully with the USA Patriot Act.
