Eligible Projects
- Project Focus: Must focus on serving the animal population and be open to the public (e.g., spay/neutering, medical services, adoption, fostering, rescuing animals).

Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofit Status: Must have 501(c)(3) status for at least two years, in good standing with the State of Florida Division of Corporations and the IRS.
- Operational Experience: Must have two years of operations, providing animal services such as spay/neutering, medical services, adoption, or fostering.
- Location: Must provide programming within Central Florida for at least two years.
- Mission: Primary mission must focus on animal services and/or wellness.
- Governance: Must have a local governing board that meets at least quarterly and operates under a set of bylaws.
- Non-Discrimination: Must provide equal access and opportunity in employment and services, without discrimination.
