They believe an engaging career should be available to everyone. Partnering with nonprofits committed to creating career pathways, we have seen firsthand the results when young people get excited and motivated about their future. Career readiness is multi-level, and we focus on the following:
- Career exploration and career connected learning experiences, including aviation-related fields
- Soft skills, critical thinking, empowerment, job training and leadership development
Funding Information
Corporate giving support typically ranges from $5,000 to $20,000.

Eligibility Criteria
- Corporate giving support can be used towards overall program support for nonprofits supporting young people 11 to 24 years old.
- Limited resources necessitate giving in focused communities, and support is generally granted on a one-time basis. Funds should be spent within one year of the donation.
- In all cases the budget should show reasonable per client costs and no more than 50% of the request can be designated for general operating costs or staff salaries. The funds should not represent more than 10% of the organization’s operating budget or more than 50% of the program budget.
- The programs must be supporting young people in the following areas of Alaska, California, Oregon, and Washington.
- Alaska: All counties
- California: We have reached our budget for support in California and are not accepting additional applications for California nonprofits in the June 30 round.
- Oregon: Clackamas County, Multnomah County, Washington County
- Washington: Clark County, King County, Kitsap County, Pierce County, Snohomish County, Spokane County.
Ineligibility
- Nonprofit organizations without a current 501(c)(3) exempt status
- Political, labor, and fraternal organizations
- Religious organizations without a secular community designation. A secular designation is defined as an organization separate from the church or religious organization that provides services to people regardless of their religious beliefs and does not propagate a belief in a specific faith.
- Hospitals and medical research institutions
- Individuals
- Universities and academic research institutions
- Camps
- Conferences or symposia
- Individual schools, school districts, or Parent Teacher Associations
- Multi-year grants
- Capital campaigns
- Exhibitions and performances
- Individual sports teams and sports tournaments
