The Colorado Trust has a one-time funding opportunity available to Colorado-based nonprofits in one of the following categories:
- Arts and cultural organizations that a) have been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and b) have Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) leadership; or
- Youth athletics organizations that a) have been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and b) whose participants are majority BIPOC youth.
Funding Information
The anticipated amount of grant awards are expected to range from $10,000 to $50,000 per organization.
Eligibility Criteria
These organizations must meet the following criteria:
- Have a 501(c)(3) designation or a fiscal sponsor
- Have an established or existing enrichment program (e.g., leadership, academics and/or life skills)
- Ability to document through a brief written narrative (maximum of one page) how the organization has been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and how the funds will improve economic sustainability and promote the organization’s programmatic longevity.
