- Be managed by reliable, ethical, and experienced personnel.
- Have submitted all required Grant Impact Reports that are currently due.
- Priority will be given to projects that embodying one or more of the following:
- Address an urgent or immediate critical need.
- Offer an exciting, bold, or new venture.
- Provide a creative solution to a longstanding problem.
