For over 100 years, Henry County Health Center has been caring for the health of the people of Henry County and southeast Iowa. The reason for such longevity is the result of generous donations of hundreds of individuals, families, friends, businesses, and organizations made to the HCHC Foundation. Eligibility Criteria
- Through the 2026 Grant Program, the Foundation will consider requests from eligible organizations working to address community health needs, fill service gaps, and strengthen the health and well-being of Henry County residents.
- Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) organization or a government entity serving Henry County residents. Eligible projects should broadly improve health outcomes for residents within the county. Organizations may submit one application during this grant cycle.
