- Be managed by reliable, ethical, and experienced personnel.
- Propose a health or wellness project that serves the Hillsboro community.
- Grant requests must be at least $2,000
- Have submitted all required Grant Impact Reports that are currently due.
- Priority will be given to projects that:
- Impact at least 200 community members.
- Address an evident health or wellness need.
- Present a practical strategy and cost-effective budget.
- Use partnerships and shared resources.
- Expand or improve established services.
- Include measurable outcomes.
- Offer an innovative approach to an unmet community health need.
